Most of the businesses we look after are not law firms or accountants. They just need this to work.
Contractors, manufacturers, retail, food service, property management and trades. Businesses with somewhere between a handful and a couple of dozen people, where technology has to work and nobody has the time to think about it.
You probably don't have an IT person.
You have somebody who is good with computers, or you call whoever set it up last time, or you deal with it yourself at night. That works right up until it doesn't.
We take on the day-to-day IT. That can include your computers, network and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, backups, and security, so managing technology doesn't become somebody else's second job.
Most problems are boring and preventable.
Machines that never got updated. A backup that stopped running months ago and told nobody. A firewall still on the settings it shipped with. None of it is dramatic, and all of it is the reason a normal Tuesday turns into a bad week.
We monitor the things that quietly go wrong, keep supported systems patched, and watch whether backups are completing successfully. The goal is that you notice us less over time, not more.
You don't have to explain your setup every time.
We keep the team small and maintain documentation about your systems, so support doesn't have to start from zero every time you need help. The people working with you can build on what we already know instead of asking you to explain the whole setup again.
Sometimes you just need a project done.
Not everything belongs in an ongoing agreement. Sometimes you need a new server, a move to a new office, a run of replacement laptops, or someone to sit down and work out what your technology should look like in two years.
We handle one-time projects too. We start by understanding what needs to change, then work out the right scope before the technical work begins.
